By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Use and Risk Disclosures. These terms govern your access to and use of the Propline platform, website, and services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Propline.

By accessing the platform, you represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of Propline’s services is restricted or prohibited by law.

3. Platform Nature

Propline is not a bank, broker, or investment advisor.

We provide decentralized liquidity routing that connects user-deposited stablecoins (USDC) to verified liquidity pools and institutional trading operations.

Propline does not directly trade, invest, or speculate with user funds. All allocations occur via audited smart contracts.

4. Risk Disclosure

Digital assets and decentralized finance (DeFi) carry inherent risks. Before using Propline, users should carefully consider the following:

Market Risk: Returns may fluctuate based on liquidity demand, market volatility, and external trading performance.

Smart Contract Risk: Although our contracts are reviewed and tested, blockchain code may contain unforeseen vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds.

Third-Party Risk: Propline partners with independent liquidity providers and trading firms; their performance and reliability may affect yields.

Regulatory Risk: Changes in legal or regulatory frameworks could impact the operation or availability of Propline’s services in certain regions.

Technology Risk: Blockchain network congestion, delays, or outages may temporarily affect withdrawals, allocations, or yield updates.

By participating in Propline, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Propline is not responsible for losses arising from market conditions or external system failures.

5. Earnings & Performance

Earnings displayed or referenced on the Propline platform represent variable performance-based returns derived from real market liquidity flows.

Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Returns are generated from liquidity usage fees, trading activity, and interest distribution models — not from user deposits or referral incentives.

Propline operates under a Zero-Fee Policy — no management, deposit, or withdrawal fees apply unless stated otherwise.

6. User Responsibility

Users maintain full control over their digital assets at all times.
You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and access credentials.
Propline will never request private keys or custody user funds directly.

All transactions are executed on-chain, and users are advised to verify all smart contract interactions before approving any transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propline, its affiliates, and team members are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from:

Use or inability to use the platform
Errors or delays in blockchain transactions
Technical malfunctions or network interruptions
Unauthorized access to user wallets
Market or liquidity fluctuations
Use of Propline is entirely at your own risk.

8. Compliance & Restrictions

Propline does not operate in or provide services to jurisdictions restricted by international sanctions or where digital asset activity is prohibited.

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local regulations regarding digital assets, taxation, and income reporting.

9. Privacy & Data Policy

Propline values user privacy. No personal or financial information is shared with third parties without consent.

Basic analytics may be collected to improve platform performance, but Propline does not track, sell, or store private wallet data.

10. Updates to Terms

Propline reserves the right to update these Terms and Risk Disclosures at any time to reflect legal, operational, or technological changes.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
